Maple cream is made from 100% pure, wood fired maple syrup, boiled down, cooled, and stirred until it turns into a fine, smooth spread with a pale amber color and an intense maple flavor. Some call it Maple Butter".

Maple cream can be spread on sticky buns, toast, biscuits, fruit, doughnuts and nuts.
